Context & mission
Activitiz is a self-guided tourism experience designed to help visitors discover the Marrakech Medina through an interactive treasure hunt. Using a story inspired by the city’s history, participants explore major landmarks, observe their surroundings and solve challenges directly from their smartphones. The objective was to create an accessible alternative to traditional guided tours, allowing travelers to explore Marrakech at their own pace while following a structured, playful and cultural itinerary. I designed the original concept, narrative universe, user journey and individual quest stages, as well as the digital experience itself. I was also responsible for development, commercial publication and the go-to-market strategy.
