Context & mission
MyRitual was created to support beauty, wellness and healthcare businesses in their digital transformation. The project addresses two main needs: helping professionals manage appointments, staff and resources more efficiently, while improving their online visibility through public pages designed for local search. I managed the entire product lifecycle, from identifying the needs of local businesses to functional design, platform development, deployment and early customer-acquisition experiments in the Moroccan market.

Designed and launched a complete management and booking platform used to list several real businesses. The solution includes personalized public pages, an online booking journey, service, staff and resource management, as well as automated WhatsApp notifications. The project also enabled the testing of several acquisition channels, including organic search, local service and search-intent pages, and the integration of MyRitual pages into the Google Business Profiles of participating establishments.
